Welcome to StayOwn. These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of the StayOwn website (stayown.shop) and your purchase of products from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. About StayOwn
StayOwn is an Indian modern clothing brand creating everyday essentials designed for comfort, movement and self-expression. This website is operated by StayOwn™.
Our products are made to order and produced by third-party manufacturing and fulfilment partners. This lets us make each item after you order it instead of holding finished stock.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are younger, you may order only with the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, images, colours, sizes and prices accurate. Small differences can happen because of screen settings, lighting, fabric and the printing process. Our product images may include digital mockups and studio photographs. The design, text and print shown are what you will receive, but exact print position, size and colour can vary slightly.
Please read the product description and size chart before you order.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. [Prices include GST where applicable.] We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time. A change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed, unless the law requires it.
If a significant pricing or listing error affects your order, we may contact you before processing it and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders and order acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. You will receive an order confirmation with your details. We accept your order when we confirm it, or when it enters processing or production.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example for suspected fraud, payment problems, stock or production problems, or a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the amount to your original payment method.
6. Made-to-order products
StayOwn products are produced after you order. Because production can start soon after confirmation, an order can be cancelled only within the window and conditions stated in our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at stayown.shop@gmail.com.
7. Payments
We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. By placing an order, you authorise the payment provider to charge the payment method you choose. We do not store your full card details. Payment providers handle them under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Shipping and delivery
Orders are produced and shipped through our fulfilment and courier partners. Delivery times shown on our website and in our Shipping Policy are estimates. They can change because of production time, location, courier operations, weather, holidays or other events outside our reasonable control. Please give us accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
9. Returns, refunds and replacements
Our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy forms part of these Terms. Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or a wrong size choice. If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect product, or your order does not arrive, contact us within the period stated in that policy and we will replace or refund it.
10. Promotions, discounts and offers
From time to time we may offer discounts, coupon codes or limited-time promotions. Unless we say otherwise:
- Offers cannot be combined with other offers.
- The first-order discount applies to one order per customer, and does not apply to products already marked down, unless the offer says so.
- Offers may be limited by time, product, quantity or eligibility.
- We may cancel or change an offer where reasonably necessary, but not for an order you have already placed.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the StayOwn website, including logos, brand names, graphics, artwork, product designs, photographs, text, videos and layouts, is owned by or licensed to StayOwn and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
Buying a StayOwn product does not give you ownership of the artwork, design, logo or other intellectual property on it.
12. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it. You allow StayOwn to use, reproduce, display and publish it to run, market and improve our business, as permitted by law. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, offensive, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to use our website or services:
- For any unlawful purpose.
- To commit or support fraud.
- To interfere with the security or operation of our website.

By placing an order, you also agree to receive order-related messages from us by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
