1. About StayOwn
StayOwn is an Indian modern clothing brand creating everyday essentials designed for comfort, movement and self-expression.
Our products may be produced on demand through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners. This allows us to produce products based on customer orders rather than maintaining all products as pre-made inventory.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizing information, prices, and other product details displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting, manufacturing processes, fabric characteristics, and printing.
Please carefully review the product description and size chart before placing an order.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the StayOwn website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and promotions at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed, unless required by law.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation containing your order details. An order is considered accepted once we have confirmed the order and/or it has entered processing or production.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability problems, incorrect pricing or listing information, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products
Many StayOwn products are produced after an order is placed.
Because products may enter production shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellation requests may not be possible once production or fulfillment has started.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at stayown.shop@gmail.com. We will review the request based on the current status of the order.
6. Payments
We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely.
By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for your purchase.
We do not directly store your complete payment card information. Payment information may be processed by our payment providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped through our fulfillment and shipping partners.
Estimated delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on production time, shipping location, courier operations, weather, holidays, public events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Because our products may be made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
