In short: We collect only what we need to take your order, make and deliver it, and look after you afterwards. We do not store your card details. We share your information only with the partners who help us fulfil your order or run our store, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete it.

This website, stayown.shop, is operated by StayOwn™, New Officers Colony near Hanuman Mandir, Katihar, Bihar 854105, India (StayOwn, we, us). Our store runs on Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit our website, buy from us or contact us. If it conflicts with our Terms of Service on how personal information is handled, this Privacy Policy applies.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read this policy.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, shipping and billing address, phone number and email address.
  • Order and payment information: the items you view, add to your cart, buy, cancel or claim on, plus your payment confirmation and payment method. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank details. Our payment provider processes them.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
  • Communications: messages, photos and videos you send us, for example in a support request or a refund or replacement claim.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device, and how you move around our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Where we get it

  • Our print-on-demand partner, which receives your name, shipping address, phone number and order details to make and pack your order.
  • Courier and delivery partners, which receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
  • Payment providers, which process your payment securely.
  • Analytics and advertising services ([Google Analytics, Meta Pixel: keep only those you use]), which use cookies to measure how our website is used and to show relevant ads.
  • Authorities and advisers, where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.

Our partners may use your information only for the services they provide to us, under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

Our partners, including Shopify, may store or process your information on servers outside India. We take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled with appropriate protection.
