At StayOwn, every product is made to order and printed specifically for you. We work with our fulfillment partner to produce and ship your order after it is placed.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within India and to selected international destinations.

International shipping availability depends on the destination and may vary from country to country.

If your country is available at checkout, you can place an order using the shipping option provided.

2. Order Processing

Because our products are made to order, orders require processing time before they are shipped.

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days
  • Processing begins after your order and payment have been successfully confirmed.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

You will receive shipping/tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Times

India

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Typical overall delivery time, including processing: approximately 4–8 business days

International

  • Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days after dispatch
  • International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, courier service, and other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

India

Standard Shipping — ₹0

International

International Shipping — ₹999

Shipping charges may be changed by StayOwn from time to time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has been handed over to the delivery partner.

6. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other applicable fees.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

StayOwn does not control customs charges or customs clearance times.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information required for successful delivery.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside StayOwn's control, including:

  • Courier or postal delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • High shipping volumes
  • Service disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

StayOwn is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned to the sender.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at stayown.shop@gmail.com.

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

9. Failed Delivery & Returned Orders

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated delivery failure, it may be returned to the sender.

If an order is returned because of incorrect information or an issue caused by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and the product before disposing of any packaging.

If the product itself is damaged or defective, please contact us according to our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Shipping Availability

Some products or shipping services may not be available to certain locations.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, the destination may not appear as an available shipping option during checkout.
